Zoom Recordings

Here are your Phase 7 Recordings. If you want to keep your momentum going, then

  • keep your cardio minutes the same,

  • keep your same training schedule

  • and keep training.

Members who've used the recordings have found them really valuable and better than they thought. And make sure you participate in the workout like Vanessa does and shout hoo-rah, if you hit a daily goal or did the number of sets I asked about.

Cardio Minutes - Week 3

We did 23min on Monday and 18min/workout on Tuesday - Friday. These are lower because I moved 4 minutes from the warm up to the workout.


Minutes are due today!



*If you want to keep your same cardio goal for this week, you've gotta do at least 1 strength workout. Otherwise for ladies your goal is 360 and men 250.
