Happy Tuesday and last week of August to you! Today is the last day of Vivi's summer break and the cooler temperature nixed our plans to go swimming. Soooo.....she's making lemonade!

Cardio Minutes - Week 3

We did 26min on M / T / Th and 23 min on W / F. Minutes were due yesterday. Would you please reply now if you haven't already?




Summer Break #3

Sat, 8/23 through Labor Day, Mon, 9/1




This is both CYBBC's last summer break and our last empowerment week until year end. The downtime has my mind racing with ideas yet I'm holding myself steady and grounded and letting them free flow.




Sunday there was a neighborhood potluck dinner on the green in front of my house. We had over 20 households attend with only 2 days notice, which is pretty fantastic. We also had 2 pickle ball courts, 1 badminton and 1 grass volleyball court with foods from around the world. Fun and Yumbo. I made Barefoot's Gazpacho w/ Croutons and it was a hit!




But training ... I have not and now I'm beginning to feel the lack of it so I've already organized my day to get back on track tomorrow. Today is my rip the band aid off day to get myself going so I can go to bed early, get up early and get my holds & +'s because boy do I love those.




Empowerment Week Plan

  • Bonus Workout / Make Up Day: 6:30p, Labor Day, Monday, 9/1 @ Virtual

  • Minimalist Workout, 6:30p, T, 9/2 and Th, 9/4 @ MC (floors were redone)

  • No Workout, 6:30p, Th, 9/11 (Vivi Curriculum Night)

    • Week 2, 6:30p, M, 9/8 and T, 9/9 @ MC; no Th, 9/11

  • Guest Month: all of September

  • Peaking Phase: peak for fall races, fall events, fall sports and fall photos!
