*If you submit it after 6:00pm, you will not be allowed to participate.

  • Bring all your equipment for training.

  • Take all your equipment home after training.

  • Wash hands before and after training.

  • Wipe down equipment (benches) after use.

  • Get temperature check upon arrival.

  • Enter through North doors.

  • Leave through South doors (bathroom doors).

  • Practice social distancing. Train 14' apart. Otherwise be 6' apart.



All guidelines subject to updates as I learn more and as new information comes out.




Tuesday & Thursday - Run & Sprint Workout

There was interest in a 9am, T / Th run-sprint workout when the survey first went out, however when it came time to start, the majority of those interested were not ready to return to in person training.



If you are interested in running with us on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 9am, in the gym, please let me know.
