Subject: How to change your life in the next 12 months

Open this if you're not seeing the progress you want

It's time to be brutally honest with yourself...

Are you where you want to be?

Are you seeing the progress you want?

Are you closer to your goals today than you were a month ago?

If you answered "no" to any of these it's likely not your fault.

Here's the thing...

When it comes to goal setting, you've only been given half of the puzzle.

> Set goals you want to achieve

> Break them down into daily tasks

> Complete these tasks to achieve your goals

Sound familiar?

This is 99% of the advice you'll see from gurus online.

And it's good advice,

But it's missing a vital piece.

An antivision.

Something that will get you angry.

You see, anger is an extremely powerful emotion.

It creates huge amounts of energy that can be used when simple "motivation" isn't enough.

Let's put this into context.

Say your goal is to scale your business to $10,000 a month.

You've taken action on your daily tasks but you're feeling demotivated after not seeing results.

Instead of looking for motivation, draw on what happens if you don't complete your tasks.

What emotions will you feel?

Where will you be if you don't take action?

How will you feel when you see others achieving the same goal?

This should make you feel uncomfortable.

Because here's the reality...

Failure sucks.

Not living up to your potential sucks.

Watching others live the life you want sucks.

But it's also powerful.

And here's the thing...

You can apply this to every area of your life.

Too tired for the gym?

What will your body look like if you don't go...

Scared to talk to that person?

How will you feel when you're 35 and single...

Don't know what to do with your life?

Picture yourself in 10 years if you don't take control...

As I said before, this is an uncomfortable process.

I'd recommend spending around 30 minutes writing an "antivision" for each area of your life.

Once you have, it's time to focus on your main goals.

If you already have a gameplan in place then you need to keep taking action while using your "antivision" as the extra stepping stone you need to succeed.

If not, use the 3 bullet points at the start of this email as your foundation.

This technique has helped me hit huge milestones over the past year while improving my discipline in the process.

It's not comfortable, but successful people don't achieve success by living in their comfort zone.

Have a great week,
