I’d like to tell you a story. It’s about WHY I do what I do, and why I’d like to help YOU achieve your real estate investing goals.

For the longest time I was fumbling around buying about one rental property a year, never really able to scale and never getting anywhere close to replacing my engineering job income.

I wanted to replace my income so I could

(1) work for myself and be in control of my time, and

(2) work from anywhere in the world (as I have a burning desire to explore the world with my husband and kids!)

I went to monthly real estate meetings, I read books, I listened to podcasts, I was active on online forums, but we still weren't making much progress. Banks didn't want to lend to us anymore, and we were out of capital.

Then I made a choice...

I finally paid for some coaching and focused education on one strategy - multifamily, and THAT'S when I had the breakthrough.

I doubled my portfolio the next year, and then I doubled it again the next, and doubled it AGAIN the year after that! Now we're at $ 21 M in assets under management.

I had some success so...

Other investors started asking me for help, and I started mentoring them. I really enjoyed it, but what I found was that there was a real need for MORE...

Something at a reasonable price that would include it all - a course, resources, accountability, a community, private coaching, as well as regular ongoing help. Something that would ACTUALLY help people TAKE ACTION.

That's what I built.
