Time flies when you take over 144 units!

Lots to share on that, but first...

Thanks for coming out to the Edmonton multifamily tour!

We had a fantastic turnout of over 40 people to the Edmonton multifamily tour! Lots of interest in new builds.

If you are interested in new builds, I can help you in 2 ways:

Invest passively: We have space left in a fully-tenanted stabilized cash-flowing 8-plex with an interest rate of 3.8% locked in until 2027! You can't find deals like this anymore.

Buy your own: I am launching my Multifamily Makeover 12-week mentoring program AGAIN in September. More info below.

Houston 144-units: 8 weeks in...

I just got back from another trip to Houston. We've had lots of progress!

So far, we have hired additional staff, caught up on outstanding work orders, made previously renovated units actually ready to rent, trimmed 30% of trees, cut down 4 trees, re-planted 6 new trees, re-painted fire lanes, installed CO detectors, installed new fire extinguishers, got new pool permit, secured all gates & mailroom, finalized our scope & finishings for interior renovations, ordered washers and dryers, and re-branded the property with new logo and marketing material!

That’s just the beginning… but tenants are already noticing the difference, and renewals are up!

In August, we will be renovating interior units, improving landscaping, and starting on exterior and leasing office upgrades. It will be another busy month!
