Body in ACTion is a free mindful movement program for you!

I've been working on this free program of mindful movement with psychologist Dr Sheri Turrell and it's ready to make its debut!

When we think of mindfulness, we often think of formal meditation. In fact, for many of us, this is not the route to increased awareness. Sheri and I have designed this program to offer an alternative to traditional mindfulness practices!

The goal of Body in ACTion is to
*get more into the present moment
*get out of our heads
*learn to listen to our body
*do more of what’s important

Simple movements help you
to be mindful of yourself, your environment and your inner responses. 

These 3-5 minute videos
*fit into your day
*don't need props or materials
*many can be done anywhere
*incorporate mindfulness practices
*explore new movement patterns
*help you to feel at home in your body

We hope that we inspire a more embodied present moment awareness and an enlivened curiosity about body and movement.
As we all know, movement can be a powerful tool for healing, both physically and emotionally. Together, we want to support you as you move towards a more fulfilling life!
