Friend, you're why we LOVE our jobs!
Wow! It's been two and a half months since the last day at the studio.

It's both hard to believe it's been that long, and also feels like it's been years.

We, everyone at Team B, want to say THANK YOU!

Thank you for coming to classes and keeping up with your private sessions.

Thank you for your texts, emails and phone calls telling us how much you want, need and appreciate your classes.

Thank you for checking in about Marta, Krisha and Kim and your care for their well-being as they make their way through the lock down, unable to work and help you stay healthy and mobile.

We love you, we love teaching you, supporting you and being supported by you. We're so grateful for the Boomerang community!
Ground School Time Change
Marta's amazing class offers a weekly opportunity to do some guided grounding. It's shifted from 2 pm on Mondays to 1 pm on Mondays.
If you need a bit of calm, a sense of planted stability and space to breathe, I can't recommend this class enough.
No experience in mindfulness or meditation required. Marta will take care of you!
Work out at 8 am with Rachel!
Rachel has added a second time for her popular Pilates for Yogis class on Tuesdays at 8 am.

Things to know:
✔ You don't have to do yoga to love this class
✔ Your brain and body will get a work out
✔ This is a challenging class and you will LOVE it!

Re- opening some day...

For the time being, we are still in an all-online format, but at some point it will be possible to re-open the studio on a limited basis.

For the time being, we aren't looking at starting live, in-studio group classes.

When we get the go ahead from the province, we will resume with private sessions only. 
  • The church will be locked and your teacher will come down to get you and let you out again.
  • There will be hand sanitizer at the door to use before entering the building.
  • The studio and equipment will be cleaned between clients.
  • There will be no soft props and you are encouraged to bring your own small props with you.
  • No in-person session if you or your teacher are feeling the slightest bit unwell, or have been in contact with someone else who is feeling unwell
  • You will need to agree to contact tracing if necessary
We so much look forward to seeing you again in person, but we'll wait until it is prudent to do so!

I'll keep you posted about how classes at the studio will resume when we get closer to that actually happening, but I can assure you right now that virtual access will continue for every class. It will be a combined Zoom/ in studio thing for the foreseeable future.
