If you're here in Toronto, you'll know the weather is absolutely stunning, and I hope you had time to go outside and walk, run, bike, hike or otherwise soak it in over the weekend. If you aren't in Toronto and the weather isn't so nice, I'm sorry. We're loving it here!

We have some online (of course) mid-day movement options for you to make your week even better and make sure any sitting you do isn't getting in the way of this last blast of warm sunshine, or to help you feel energised if you're already in a snow situation.

I was chatting with my daughter a few minutes ago, saying that it seems a bit silly to be reminding you about lunchtime classes when you might just want to be outside. She laughed and said she's doing classes in the backyard, on the deck, or the balcony... anywhere that her phone or laptop can reach is a perfect spot to get that mid-day refresh going. She's a smart cookie!
