As we head into the colder weather, and the Covid numbers continue to climb, we're happy to help you keep moving at home.


We'll continue offering our whole schedule online until the spring (unless there's a vaccine or some kind of remarkable miracle happens). Why not bring a friend you can't normally work out with because they live far away? That's one of the things we've been loving about classes. Alison's mum joins in from Nova Scotia!
