we're still at home here in Ontario, and honestly, the online format for group classes will probably continue for a while yet at Boomerang.


The upside is that no matter where you are, you can still get access to our personal, intimate, educational classes.


If you're a beginner or if you want to up-level your skills, you need someone watching and teaching you, giving you personal suggestions and cues in the moment. And that's what we do!


If you have an injury or condition that requires some extra care and attention, the professional, highly trained teachers at Boomerang have your back (or your neck or your bone density or your arthritis or whatever else you want us to modify for).


If you want a community, that's EXACTLY what we want too!


Keeping our cameras on not only helps us to offer you the same attention to detail that we offered in-studio, it allows us to be together. To laugh and maybe cry when that last set Just. Keeps. Going.
