Subject: Pop-ups, drop-in classes and what to expect at the studio for now

Pilates for runners, Pilates with props and a movement class to get your joints limber. They're all coming up in April!

Pop Up Classes are coming!

Spring hasn't sprung yet, and we're hanging back this month too, but we're ready to celebrate April with pop up classes!

These are one hour classes, limited to 10 students. Each class is $25 and is separate from your class pass.

We'll move the equipment into the corners so we have the maximum amount of space for you.

The windows will be open and two air purifiers running. We will still have a mask and vaxx mandate in place (see details below).

Why are we doing pop ups?

We asked what you want, and your replies came loud and clear. Half of you want to be online and some of you want to come back to the studio, but maybe not just yet or not all the time.

So online classes are here to stay for now (and some will stay online forever) AND we want to get you back into the studio on occasion.

There are no drop-in classes next week during March break but then Sam is back with Core Fusion on Mondays at 6:30 pm and Pilates/Yoga Fusion on Thursdays at 9:30 am.

We're not ready to commit to which classes are coming back to the studio for good yet, but we REALLY want to see your smiling faces, so here's the pop-up plan for April!

Spring means lots of you will be getting your gear on and hitting the track. Use Pilates as a part of your warm up, your cool down and your every-day way to improve your run!

Mixed level class for both the Pilates part and the running part

What's happening about Covid rules?

Despite the changes to provincial regulations, we are sticking with vaxx, masks aand 10 person capacity limits at Boomerang until the end of April.

We'll re-assess then after March break is well and truly past, the weather allows us to have the windows wide open and we have a better sense of what the re-opening of the province means for indoor activities.
