New classes online!
Hey Friend,

we've got a new teacher at the virtual studio! 

Emily Hisey-Bowden is bringing new energy to Thursdays with two classes for you. Emily’s classes are all about finding the fun combined with the challenge, so that you leave a little (or maybe a lot) sweaty and with a big smile on your face! She looks forward to welcoming you to her group classes, and helping you to re-connect with and feel better in your body.

Thursdays 12:15-1:05 pm 
We know, that lunch break can float swiftly away when you spend it scarfing down food while intermittently checking your computer and/or phone to see whether that email you were expecting came in yet. So, why not schedule in some midday “YOU Time” so that you can come back from lunch refreshed and ready to take care of your clients and team?

This class for all levels will be online and office- and home office-friendly, so you can get your body moving no matter where you are and no matter what you are doing before and after class. Our bodies weren’t meant to sit stagnant – take advantage of this perfect opportunity to break up your work day and reset your body to make the most of your afternoon!

Thursdays 6 pm
If you’re feeling like you’re ready for a new challenge, have reached a plateau in your strengthening journey, or keep looking at an exercise and thinking “I’d love to do that, but am definitely not there just yet”, then this class is for you!

Using Restorative movements to warm up and prime your body to take on new and more complex sequences, we’ll be focusing on bridging the gap between foundational and more advanced Pilates exercises. With an awesome combo of body weight-based movements and exercises that integrate external resistance through props, this class will leave you feeling more grounded and stronger so that you can take on any new challenge with ease. It’s your awesome Intermediate or Level 1/2 class, with a twist!
We have more fun stuff coming for you soon, including an in-person get together outside (and socially distant of course).

We appreciate how you've made classes at Boomerang a part of your regular routine. We have the very best clients ever!

I know things are all changing as the kids go back to school, people are slowly going back to work and we are seeing the effects of Stage 3. We at Boomerang are watching and planning carefully for the most sensible ways of proceeding.

For the moment, the studio is only open for in-person private sessions with some teachers. Contact your teacher directly to find out whether she is back yet. Virtual sessions are still available with all of us, of course!
