Spine Series #3: Love Your Lumbar Spine

This series finishes with the lower spine and the pelvis. So often we can’t quite “unchunk” those two crucial body parts so the spine doesn’t get the ultimate lubricating, strengthening movement it deserves. Let’s get out the oil cans and move smart!

We will explore some anatomy, some movement and the Be CLEAR system for making sure every exercise you teach fits every body and mind on the mat!

This is the final workshop of the 3 part Spine Series. If you are wanting to attend but were not able to attend the others, have no fear! We'll be covering new material so you won't feel lost!

The Sustainable Core will give you language and a better understanding of the anatomy of the core, and the difference between posture and alignment, and how culture affects our “core beliefs.”
