Hi, Friend,
I'm going to be in England soon!
I will be in Oxford from October 2-7. For those of you in and around the UK, does anyone want to make their way there for a few hours and we can do some movement nerd stuff?
I had thought I would organise a workshop in London, where things might be more accessible, and then my timing shifted. My plans changed because I am going to help my sister with my twin nephews while my brother-in-law comes to Ottawa (ironically about 5 hours drive from Toronto where I live) for a conference and I'm going there to be an extra set of hands.
So now my visit ends on Thanksgiving weekend and I'm coming home a little sooner than I had anticipated.
All that means that I won't be taking a day away from my time to hang out in London.
So, what does that mean to you? Well, here's my thinking...
I think I can rent a room in a community centre and would love to do a 2 hour workshop. I think we could have fun with Supple Shoulders and I would charge $50 Canadian. This would be for everyone, whether you are a movement lover or a teacher!
I am looking into whether the RES among you can get a couple of CEU's.
Let me know as you soon as you can and if we are 10 or so I will see if I can put it all together.
I know this is very last minute, and if it isn't possible I would love to just go for a walk or tea with anyone who is close to Oxford and wants to meet up!
And my sister will be there for the next couple of years, so next time I will plan more in advance!
Let's see if we can move together! xoxo Alison
