Kimberley Webb-Gilbert is our new yoga/Pilates/Barre teacher and she's going to get you moving!
Barre Intensity® 101 starting Sept 4
Mondays on Zoom at 10 am ET is the more intense class that'll get your muscles burning and your blood pumping (and you can do it in your jammies which is always a win)!
Mindful Barre starting Sept 7
Thursdays on Zoom at 5:30 pm is a cool down from your day, slide into the evening barre class with a focus on stretching and slower moves .
Every Zoom class comes with a 3 day recording so you can do it more than once or sign up, get the recording and do the class later when you're free. Yay!
Prefer an in-studio calming yoga class? Shelly has added an extra session on Mondays 10-11:15 am. It's not running this weekend but she'll be back for the 11th!
