Eilleen is away this weekend, so Tania is covering her Sunday 11:15 am Body Sculpt class. For extra fun, Tania will offer a one-time only pop up IN-STUDIO version of the class along with the regular Zoom version!

Do you love yoga?

We do too, and now we have a wonderful, relaxing, in-studio Hatha yoga class with Shelly!


"This all-levels Hatha yoga class focuses on working with your body's natural movement patterns, bringing harmony and ease to the asanas (postures).


Moving mindfully, we develop focus and awareness, learning to let go of old patterns of tension. Tension is released, muscles awaken, joints become free, and we develop a practice where movement is stress-free and fluid.


Improve your balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. This class includes some movement and flow, but also allows lots of time to breathe deeply, relax and be still. These classes are perfect for beginners, older students and those who need, or like to go more slowly.ย 


*This class can be easily modified for spine-safe movements for those with osteoporosis*"


Mondays at 10 am and Thursdays at 6:45 pm.

What's new on YouTube?

Alison has two new videos for you! A quick little calf and shoulder combo and a half hour hip series that will leave you feeling great ๐Ÿคธ


And finally a quick note about air quality. 

While we're managing the smoke and air pollution from the awful fires, we'll generally have the windows closed and both big air filters running to keep the studio as clear as possible.
