First, we have a workshop coming up!
Build Better Balance with Alison on Saturday Feb 26 from 2-4 pm EST.
It's on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. It'll be recorded so you can get the replay if you aren't available then. And it's going to be super fun!
We'll cover all the different moves you need to improve your balance and we'll play with some excellent dynamic exercises that help your body and your brain prepare for the idea of falling so you are both less likely to fall AND better able to recover your balance if you do start to slip.
This workshop is appropriate for all bodies and all levels of movement. We'll have many variations and options, so there's going to be something for everyone. Sign up here!

The provincial rules for gyms and studios are changing to no capacity limits as of this Thursday.
While we're excited to welcome you back to the studio, we're also curious to know...
How do you feel about being at the studio in person? While the province can change what they require, we don't have to adhere to that and will re-open in the ways that suit you best.
We'd absolutely love you to click a couple of links here and do a bit of a design-your-own-adventure. Of course, your answers may not be a simple yes/no. You may mostly want to be online but could make one class in person. You may want to do both, depending on the day!
