I had an interesting conversation last week with a gentleman who reached out asking for advice.

He wants to lose fat.

He's not working out.

You can't out-supplement bad habits.

They can potentially enhance a solid foundation - but they cannot replace one.

If you're not lifting weights consistently...
If you're not eating enough protein...
If you're not managing your calorie intake...
If you're not sleeping and recovering properly...

Then adding hormones and peptides into the mix is like putting a turbocharger on a car with no engine.

It doesn't work.

And here's the truth most guys over 40 need to hear:

Your body still responds incredibly well to basic strength training and proper nutrition.

Progressive overload.
High-protein meals.
Structured workouts.
Consistent effort.

It's not flashy.
It's not extreme.
But it works - every single time!

I've seen it over and over again with my coaching students.

Men who thought their metabolism was "broken."
Men who thought their testosterone was "too low."
Men who believed they needed something drastic.

What they actually needed was structure.
Accountability.

Before you start looking for something to inject, swallow, or stack...

Ask yourself:

Have I truly mastered the basics?
