You don't need to live in the gym and workout everyday. Simply doing 2 or 3 structured strength training sessions per week is enough to send your body the signal to maintain and build muscle.

When you prioritize muscle, you're not "fighting aging"...
You're working with your biology.

Build muscle → raise your metabolism → make fat loss easier instead of harder.

Your metabolism doesn't have to slow down in your 40's.
