The other day I sent you an e-mail about a unique training technique that old-school strongmen used to increase their strength that bordered SUPER HUMAN. Some of them developed their strength to the point where they could bend metal bars, lift cars, and break chains!

Well today I'd like to actually teach you one of the techniques they used. It involves using Isometrics.

Isometric Exercises are exercises where you contract the muscles but don't move the joints.

If you do this one simple move on a regular basis your strength in your chest and arms will go through the roof!

The technique is called Yielding Isometrics.

Place your hands together in a "prayer position" like I show in the above picture.

Move your hands out about a foot from your chest. Now press your hands together as hard as you can...

Come on! You can push harder than that!
Hold it for about 15 seconds... pushing as hard as you can... then relax.

Great!

You just had an "ISOMETRIC EXPERIENCE!"   

And certain movements like these are proven to build strength and muscle comparable to weight lifting (and in some cases even better) but you don't actually move!
