Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

If you've noticed I've been a little quiet lately, there's a good reason for that...

I've been recovering from carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand.

I've been dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome for years. Two years ago, I had surgery on my left hand, and now I've finally had the right hand done as well.

Thankfully, everything went well, and I'm gradually getting back into the swing of things. 👍

I decided to document the entire experience and put together a YouTube video showing what it's really like going through carpal tunnel release surgery.

From the day of surgery at the hospital, through the first few days of recovery, I'm sharing the whole process - including what my hand looks like after surgery and how I'm managing everyday activities while it heals.

This is the first video in a series where I'll be documenting my recovery, rehab exercises, and eventually getting back into the gym and lifting weights again.

One thing I've learned over the years is that no matter where you are in your fitness journey, there's ALWAYS going to be something to work around.

Whether it's injuries, medical issues, family emergencies, or just life getting in the way, the key is to adapt, focus on what you CAN do, and keep moving forward.

It doesn't have to be perfect. Just make the best of your current situation.
all the best,
