| Hey Friend,
Remember the progress you made when you first started going to the gym... Or when you first began paying attention to your diet?
Those were awesome times, weren't they?
When I first started, I had no idea what I was doing - but it didn't matter because... - The fat came off. - The strength went up. - And as long as I showed up, I still got results!
I still look back on those days fondly.
But fast forward to today and things are different...
We're many years into this journey now, and the easy wins are gone. No doubt you've made some progress along the way - but getting to the next level takes something different.
It takes strategy.
That's exactly what I specialize in with my coaching: helping guys identify the key areas they actually need to focus on to get progress moving again - and then supporting them and holding them accountable so those changes stick.
But unfortunately, most people do the exact opposite... Especially in January when New Year's Resolutions kick in.
It's the same cycle every year.
Guys will declare: "This is the year I get ripped" and they go ALL IN with: • The "perfect" diet • Hardcore training • Daily cardio
With zero thought about how to make that plan fit with real life - their fitness level, schedule, recovery ability, injuries and mobility issues, family responsibilities, work stress, and time constraints.
They blindly go from 0 to 100... Pedal to the metal... And burn out by February...
However, if you want long-term success you have to do this in a way that actually fits this stage of your life - especially if you're no longer in your 20's.
That's why this January I'm launching a brand-new and improved Lose Your Gut Challenge.
Inside the challenge, we're going to focus on the five key areas that have the biggest impact on breaking through fat-loss plateaus - without overhauling your entire lifestyle in the process.
And here's the truth most people don't realize:
Not everything needs fixing!
It's almost always just one or two areas that need to be dialed in. Once those are in place, progress starts happening again - faster and easier than you'd expect.
And I'm going to prove that to you during the Lose Your Gut Challenge.
Between now and January, I'll be sharing more details about the Lose Your Gut Challenge 2026 and how you can use it to kick off the New Year the right way - and finally break through your own plateaus.
So you can escape the yo-yo dieting trap and master your metabolism. So you can increase your strength and energy without feeling tired and sluggish.
No fluff. No hype. No supplement pushing. No gimmicks.
Just me pulling back the curtain and showing you exactly what has worked for me and for the coaching students who've transformed their bodies by following a proven system.
But for now, I want to hear from you.
What are the one or two things you think are holding you back right now? Which areas do you feel need the most attention to move forward?
Hit reply and tell me.
I'll personally read every response and use your feedback to shape the challenge - so the more context you share, the better I can help you get into your best shape yet in 2026.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
