It's International Chest Day at the gym!

One of my favorite workout routines of all time is the push-pull-legs routine. In this video, I'm going to take you through a full push workout for building muscle mass in the upper body.

The reason why push workouts are so effective is that they target the same major muscle groups at the same time - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps.

This workout will help maximize your gains without spending hours in the gym because it trains all 3 muscle groups synergistically.
