Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

When you're young it's expected that you should be lean, healthy, and fit because you've got youth on your side.

When you're in your 20's you have more time, you've got less responsibilities, there's less wear and tear on your joints, your natural hormone levels are at their peak.

And that's why it's pretty common to see ripped and jacked guys in their 20's...

However, as father time starts to catch up most guys let themselves go and get the dreaded "Dad Bod".

Because of that, it's pretty darn impressive when you see an older guy that's ripped and in better shape than most guys half his age.

That's the case for my personal coaching student Mike Brown… 💪

But it wasn't always like that...
Mike Brown's muscle after 60 transformation
Back in 2020 Mike was not happy with seeing himself becoming the old fat guy with a gut...

So he decided enough was enough, he was going to take action and turn things around. That's when he reached out to me and came on board with the Muscle After 40 Blueprint.

And now, just 4 years later, Mike is in the best shape of his life at 60.

And he only started working out at age 56...

So it's not like Mike's a former athlete who used to be in great shape and then got back in shape from "Muscle Memory".

Heck No!

He was able to build brand new muscle tissue and fill out his frame with lean mass in his 50's by following the Muscle After 40 Blueprint Program.

Mike and myself did an interview a while back sharing his story and how he was able to make such an impressive physique transformation - in his 50’s at the link below…

all the best,
