A couple months ago I did a podcast with my good friend Zaid Adamo, an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder who earned his pro card at age 47 - proving that elite results aren't just reserved for the young.

And just this past week Zaid competed in the Tri-City IFBB Pro Show in Columbus Georgia and placed 2nd in the Masters +50 category and 4th place in the Masters +40 category.
