Now today I want to talk about the much misunderstood carbohydrate.
Carbohydrates Are NOT The Bad Guy... They Are Your Ally If You Follow These Simple Steps!
Focus on wholesome natural carbohydrates like potatoes, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, rice, quinoa, buckwheat, even whole grain bread, pasta, and wraps. These are all foods that will give you energy and keep your muscle glycogen full so you can train hard in the gym, build muscle, and burn more fat.
So for today's task grab your go to carbohydrate of choice, ideally a nice healthy "complex carbohydrate food" and post a photo in the group and let us know how you like to cook it.
