I respect you all for sticking with this challenge group, but like I said. This is only the start.

You can't keep eating this way forever. You need more flexibility and an exercise program that matches.

So make sure you register for the Graduation Workshop that is going down at 9pm EST time if you haven't already.

Now today I want to talk about the much misunderstood carbohydrate.

Carbohydrates Are NOT The Bad Guy... They Are Your Ally If You Follow These Simple Steps!

Focus on wholesome natural carbohydrates like potatoes, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, rice, quinoa, buckwheat, even whole grain bread, pasta, and wraps. These are all foods that will give you energy and keep your muscle glycogen full so you can train hard in the gym, build muscle, and burn more fat.

So for today's task grab your go to carbohydrate of choice, ideally a nice healthy "complex carbohydrate food" and post a photo in the group and let us know how you like to cook it.

And as always, remember to keep following the Nutrition Cheat Sheet for all 3 meals today.
