YES - for most guys, it's more than enough.

In fact, for men over 40 doing 3 workouts per week is the sweet spot.

When you're younger, you can get away with training almost every day.

But as you get older, your body needs more time to recover between workouts.

Muscle isn't built during the workout - it's built when you rest and recover afterwards.

If you're constantly sore, tired, or dealing with nagging aches and pains - then doing more workouts isn't the answer - better recovery is.

You don't need 5 or 6 mediocre workouts per week.

You only need 3 focused and intentional workouts where you:

- Train the major muscle groups
- Use good form
- Push yourself (while lifting within your means)
- Progressive overload over time

That's what actually builds muscle.

This is the big one.

A simple 3-day program that you stick to every week will ALWAYS outperform a 6-day program that you're "ON and OFF" with.
