So I'll watch Netflix while doing cardio on my exercise bike at home.
Netflix time = cardio on my stationary bike 🚴♂️ Podcast time = lifting weights at the gym 🎧
I still get the guilty pleasure of watching the shows, podcasts, and "me time" - but now I'm being productive at the same time.
This is how busy people stay consistent. You don't need more motivation or more time. You just need to stop treating fitness and entertainment as separate things.
