Andy used to weigh over 300 lbs. But now he's down to 192 lbs and has been maintaining his bodyweight under 200 pounds - even through the Christmas holidays.
He hasn't been this light since high school...
What I love most about Andy's transformation is that it wasn't achieved through a short-term crash diet or starving himself. Instead, he focused on making better lifestyle choices, eating more and burning more, nourishing his body on the cellular level, and getting leaner and stronger as a result 💪
This is his new lifestyle now - and he's still making progress week after week.
