This past week, I had the chance to do a Full Body Workout with my good friend and IFBB Pro Zaid Adamo at Pure Muscle + Fitness in Burlington, Ontario 🔥
I first met Zaid back in 2009 when I helped him backstage at the Newfoundland Provincial Bodybuilding Championships, where he won both the lightweight and overall titles. Since then, he's gone on to earn his pro card by winning the Masters Division at the North American Championships.
Now at 51, he's in better shape than most guys half his age 💪
