Subject: Fasted Cardio VS Fed Cardio - Pros and Cons of Each

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

Should you do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning - or should you eat before you do your cardio?

The answer... It Depends!

When it comes to actual fat loss results - People have gotten ripped using fasted cardio... People have gotten ripped using fed cardio... And people have gotten ripped doing NO Cardio!

The one thing that ultimately determines whether you burn bodyfat or not is being in a calorie deficit, which is just a fancy way of saying that you need to eat less calories than you burn over the long term.

As long as you achieve a calorie deficit, either by eating less, exercising more, or a combination of both - then you'll lose fat.

But to dive in specifically to FASTED CARDIO vs FED CARDIO...

There are advantages to doing both. I personally like to incorporate both styles into my training depending on the type of cardio I'm doing, the intensity of that cardio, and the duration of the cardio session.

In the video below I'm going to break down the PROS and CONS of each so you can best decide whether to do your cardio fasted or not.
