We've all had "cheat meals" and perhaps even "cheat days".

But what about a full on "cheat weekend"?

Maybe you just went through a "Cheat Weekend" 🤥

Yesterday I had a coaching call with one of my Muscle After 40 Blueprint coaching students and he said:

"Lee, I can do great with my eating habits during the weekdays... But man, the weekend just do me in... I over ate and f’d up!"

Maybe you can relate? 

Perhaps you f'd up over the weekend as well and you need to hit the re-set button and "Start Again"...
