As an over 40 father I can tell you that the whole "Dad Bod" thing is for real...

After my wife and I had our son Harvey 2 years ago my training and diet got progressively worse and worse...

Sleepless nights, waking up to a crying baby every couple hours, feeling tired and exhausted during the day, etc. That stuff just drains you physically and mentally and kills your motivation to go to the gym and stick to a proper diet plan.

There were several occasions where I picked up the phone and ordered pizza for dinner rather than taking the time to cook up a proper "bodybuilding meal".

As you can imagine it didn't take long for that to take it's toll on my physique...

Before I knew it I had developed a "Dad Bod"...
How I went from Dad Bod to Ripped Bod in just one year.
Maybe you can relate to what I went through, regardless if you are a father or not, life can get busy and through you off your game...

You know better, you know what you "should do"...

But for whatever reason you just can't muster up the will power and motivation to do what you know you should be doing...

This is a video that I shot recently while visiting my friend Frank Rich in Tampa Florida. We got in a workout together at Powerhouse Gym and afterwards made a video where I outlined the 3 action steps that I took to turn my physique around in just 1 year.

The best part about this was it didn't require any crazy hardcore workout schedule, no strict dieting, no counting macros, or any of the stuff that you probably associate with getting in shape.
