| Hey Friend, I want to take a moment to recognize one of my coaching students, Brett Hanson, and share the story of what he's accomplished over the past year.
Brett wasn't new to working out.
He'd been lifting weights for years - doing a Push/Pull/Legs split along with cardio three times per week. He was also following what he thought was a solid diet: intermittent fasting and keeping his calories under 2,000 a day.
But despite his efforts, the results just didn't add up.
Yes, he lost some weight...
But he never built the lean, muscular physique he was chasing.
Frustrated and feeling stuck, Brett spent countless hours Googling, watching YouTube fitness videos, and second-guessing everything he was doing. The more information he consumed, the more confused he felt.
Back in November of 2024, he came across my Total Fitness Bodybuilding YouTube channel - right around the time I was running my Black Friday Promo for new students to join the Muscle After 40 Blueprint Coaching Program.
Brett was curious and wanted to learn more, so he reached out and we got on a Zoom call to talk about his goals, challenges, and lifestyle.
From there, we mapped out a personalized plan that fit around his busy schedule as a business owner, father, and husband... and then we got to work.
With structure, accountability, and weekly coaching calls to keep him on track - everything changed.
And less than a year later, Brett completely transformed his body:
