Subject: Work your upper chest with a safety squat bar (killer setup)
Is this weird safety squat bar "leverage" setup better than an incline barbell bench press for upper chest? For me, it's a yes. It's not perfect but I found it allowed me to get a really good effect on the upper pecs without any shoulder pain. If you have a safety squat bar, this setup is worth messing around with (especially if you're training in a crowded gym on a weekday at 5 pm)
The Best Multivitamin I've Ever Tested...So I sent you an email about this yesterday but I wanted to make sure that you saw it, if you didn't get a chance to read the full review. One of the biggest benefits I found with this multi was when I was using it during my fat loss training that I did last year (that program is coming out VERY soon - it's literally the BEST fat-loss program I've ever put together or used). When you reduce your calorie intake, your micronutrient intake drops as well... and this means (in my experience, at least), your body constantly feels like it needs more food to get those nutrients. When you supply those nutrients via supplement like this one, you don't get the same levels of hunger or cravings because your body is GETTING those micronutrients. Then it's a matter of maintaining that caloric deficit and letting the magic happen. If you want to get some of this directly, click here. This product will definitely be a recommendation in my new Fatpocalypse program... (yep, that's the name :). Nick Nilsson P.S.
