These are natural home remedies taken from a book that I've been reading through called "The Book of Lost Remedies."

This stuff is absolutely fascinating to me...the book is packed with things you can do (sometimes with plants from your own backyard or food from your fridge) to cure ailments and issues that you might be facing, all without drugs or "modern" medicine.

It's just amazing what you can fix with simple things that are already readily available.

For example, there is actually a "superfood" tree that you might already have in your own backyard that can provide you with food (all parts are edible), water (it can purify it), more protein and calcium than milk, and four times the iron of spinach.
