Subject: Want wider shoulders? Try this cool exercise I just came up with.... [video]

And it's done with very simple equipment...just one or two
dumbells is all you need for it.

I call it the Lateral Delt-Focused Dumbell Press, which I realize
is wildly creative :)

This one directly targets the side delts using a modified
pressing movement. You'll see what it looks like when you get to
the site (and I've got an HD video for you there explaining it
all and demonstrating the exercise).

It's not what I would consider an overall "mass" movement, rather
because of the positioning of the arms, it's more of an isolation
movement in compound movement clothing, focusing the tension of a
compound movement onto an isolated area.

In English, that means it'll burn your side delts and build them
real good... ;)

Check it out here and let me know how you like it!

And honestly, just try the movement pattern sitting in front of
your computer right now when you read it...you'll feel how it
works without even any weight at all...then imagine what it'll
feel like WITH weight...
