Dips are a great exercise...one of my favorite and, honestly, one
of THE best exercises for building arm size.

THIS version of the dip uses a very simple change in setup to
literally FORCE the triceps into a situation where they have to
contract harder.

I promise, it's nothing that'll get you kicked out of your gym ;)
In fact, it's probably one of the more "normal"-looking exercises
you'll see coming from me...and it's incredibly effective, just
like the others!
