Subject: Want an EXPLOSIVE bench press? Try this....

This is an awesome bench press assistance exercise for developing explosive power in the triceps.

It's essentially a neutral grip bodyweight tricep extension done explosively so that you climb your hands up the two bars (don't push forward, push UP).

This setup works GREAT for this. I've got 3 bumper plates stacked up with the bar end set in them to create two vertical posts, essentially.

But you have to SEE the exercise in action to get an idea of how it builds explosive power.
