Subject: Want a better back? Try this...simple and effective...

So let's talk back training...everybody's got one yet a lot of people don't pay nearly enough attention to theirs because they can't see it in the mirror.

I REALLY hope you're not one of those mirror-muscle trainers and that you put plenty of time and effort into your back training...I've seen guys with huge chests and biceps who basically disappear when they turn sideways and it's not pretty :)

And ladies, you know how good a strong, lean back looks on a woman...

The exercise is the 2 Arms Up, 1 Arm Down Seated Cable Row and it's a GREAT one for targeting the lats and improving the shape, thickness and tightness of your back.

All you need is a low pulley or seated cable row machine and a V bar attachment and you're good to go.
