Subject: Want a TIGHT midsection? Try 2 Dumbbell Ball Twists...

This is one of my favorite ab/core exercises of all time...

It's incredibly effective for tightening up the waist and developing some serious core strength.

You'll just need a ball and a pair of dumbbells to do this one.
