Subject: Unlock new arm size with Plate Grip Cable Curls (this is cool)

This is a great, new setup for hitting a hammer curl/reverse curl type movement, targeting the brachialis strongly, along with the forearms.

I say it like this because equate to a reverse curl in terms of where the tension goes. This brings in the brachioradialis nicely, along with the brachialis.

You're also pinch gripping and supporting the plate, hitting the fingers and grip.

Instead of gripping directly onto a handle or rope, you're gripping the plate.

When I did this one, it just LIT UP my upper arms. I'll definitely be using this one regularly.
