Ok, THIS exercise is an example of thinking outside the envelope...
or is it pushing the box...

Anyway, if you like unique exercises...you're going to LOVE this
one. It targets the quads like you won't believe.

It doesn't LOOK normal and I can promise if you DO try this one
at your gym, you'll definitely get stares...or new fans...or
kicked out... :)

Ok, I realize this one is completely nuts...but let me tell you,
the effects you'll get on the quads make this a superstar
exercise. It's going to trash your quads from full stretch to a
powerful contraction by combining two distinct exercises into
one movement. Even if you never do it, you've gotta see it.
