Subject: Total bicep growth stimulation on each rep of this exercise...

This exercise uses the concept of a mechanical drop set but compressed into a single rep.

You'll be dynamically changing body position during each rep of the exercise to maximize bicep growth in each phase of the rep.

It's a simple concept that I call "Mechanical Reps."
