This is a compound rowing exercise for the forearms and will really get into the "meat" of your forearms with substantial tension and loading.Now yes, this does LOOK like a weird exercise because of the setup, but when you analyze it, you'll see how powerful it actually is for developing the forearms. Your back will get some work, but because the load is necessarily lighter, your back is not the primary focus. You will feel this one in a way you've likely never felt forearm work before.
