Subject: This weird "band stepping" just torched my side delts... must try

Bandcuff Stepping for lateral delts...

...and I know it sounds strange to do a STEPPING exercise for your shoulders but you don't come to me for normal, so here's why you want to do it.

The key to targeting the lateral delts here is the band that is looped around your wrists (which is why I call it a "bandcuff" setup) then stretched across your lower abdomen while holding a pair of kettlebells (or dumbbells, either is fine).

Your goal is to keep the band stretched the entire time you're stepping by continuously firing your lateral delts like you're starting to do a lateral raise (no relaxing the delts).
