Subject: This stuff SUPPORTS your energy without shredding your nervous system...

Do you drink coffee primarily for energy?

Or maybe take pre-workout supplements for energy?

Those "crank-you-up" pre-workouts (and even coffee) come with a price...

Sure, they wake up your nervous system and, when you're tired or don't feel like training (or getting up in the morning), they can give you a big kick in the butt to get going.

They're not all bad.

You just have to know going in that they CAN trash your nervous system so that you get reliant on them to get your energy up.

As well, if you take them too late in the day, forget about sleeping well (which is critically important for muscle growth and fat loss).

When I've taken stimulant pre-workouts too late, there were nights when I would just be staring at the ceiling for hours, trying to sleep, with no luck.

And then I'd be wiped out the next day...which means I'd have to take more of that stuff to wake back up.

It really becomes a vicious cycle.

That's why when my friends at Rootz sent me a jug of their Energizing Superfood, I was optimistic but skeptical.

Having known the caliber of products they put out, I knew it was going to be all natural and made with top-quality, organic ingredients.

Yet I was concerned it would be another "crank-you-up" type of energy supplement.

It's not.

It's because it primarily helps SUPPORT your body's production of energy.

There is some guarana in it (a natural source of caffeine)...enough to increase alertness but not enough to whack you out.

The other ingredients in the product are selected based on what they can to help your body produce it's own natural energy and support your body during workouts.

For example, it contains organic beetroot, which contains nitric oxide, which helps open up your blood vessels, improving circulation and performance.

I've tested Energizing Superfood extensively and I like it a lot.

It works as a pre-workout supplement and as an energy-supporting supplement that you can take instead caffeinated drinks.

I will tell you up front that it doesn't have a super-sweet sugary taste to it... it doesn't taste bad but it ain't Orange Crush.

Once I took it a few times, I got used to it and actually really looked forward to taking it.

I felt more alert and focused and I never felt jittery or overcranked.

Bottom line, if you're looking for a good pre-workout or energy-supporting supplement, this is one I can HIGHLY recommend.
