This is a serious challenge for your cardiovascular system AND strength-endurance AND work capacity.

It is AMAZING for burning fat, too.

And just FYI, you CAN use a regular straight bar for it, even though I demo it with a yoke bar (the yoke bar will allow you to go heavier because you can hold onto the safety rails to stabilize yourself).
