You can do it with very simple equipment, at home or at a gym.

It's a push-up variation that demands a lot of stabilization, but not in a dangerous way.

The first time I tried this one, I was amazed at how well it worked.

And while it is done in a somewhat unstable environment, it's limited in how unstable it is and is completely safe, while you get insane activation in your chest.
